How can I buy?
Placing orders in our store is very simple.
You can make your purchases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply choose the product you want, add it to your cart and follow the simple steps to finalize the purchase. Here you must fill in your shipping address.
To pay you can choose 2 payment options, through PayPal or with a credit card thanks to the Stripe platform.
What methods of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
How long will it take to receive my order?
When will my order be prepared?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow more time to process your order during the holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will ship the day after the processing day. You should note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once you place your order, allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery to the US and EU and 15-30 business days depending on the destination country.
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free, which means that you may need to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives in your country, which are determined by your local customs office.

How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions once approved.

Will shipping for my returns be covered?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the items I received are faulty / wrong / damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received an incorrect, missing, or defective product. Include your order number, photographs of the items, and all related references when you receive the package. We will do our best to solve it asap.
How long does the return process take?
Processing of returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive the return request. We will send you an email to confirm once it has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or request for cancellation.
If the days have passed and you still have not received the refund amount, this is what you should do: Contact the bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
